How to Apply

Step-by-step process as per notification summary:

1. Visit MSTC website → Careers page → find “Recruitment to the posts of Management Trainee – Advt. No 01/2025”.
2. From 15 November 2025 to 30 November 2025, register new application by providing basic details (Name, Email, Mobile etc.).
3. Login with registration number/password, fill the online application form with personal, educational qualification, category, discipline preference etc.
4. Upload required scanned documents: Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Hand-written Declaration (if required).
5. Pay the application fee online (if applicable) via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets etc.
6. Submit the application form. Take printout of filled form / e-Receipt / payment confirmation for your records.

• Training & absorption: The selected candidates will undergo a one-year on-the-job training and thereafter be absorbed (subject to performance) as Assistant Manager in MSTC.
• Job location: All India (candidates may be posted anywhere across India).
