Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL) has announced its Apprentice Recruitment 2025, offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and technical certificate holders to start their careers. The company is inviting online applications for 72 Apprentice positions at its Ambalamugal, Kochi unit under a one-year training program as per the Apprentices Act, 1961. The recruitment covers three categories: Graduate Apprentices for B.Tech/B.E candidates, Technician Apprentices for Diploma holders, and Trade Apprentices for ITI or B.Sc candidates. Applicants who have passed their qualifying exams in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of up to тВ╣12,300 during the training period. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Fire & Safety, Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering/Technology (Civil, Chemical, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical) or Diploma in Commercial Practice.
- Trade Apprentice (ITI/B.Sc): ITI certificate (Machinist, Diesel Mechanic, Turner, Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Instrument Mechanic) or B.Sc in Chemistry (for Laboratory Assistant).
Age Limit:
- Minimum 18 years as of 1st November 2025.
- No upper age limit specified; relaxations as per Government of India rules.
Minimum Marks:
- General/OBC/EWS: 60%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 50%
