Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Block Project Manager: Graduate in any discipline. Lead block-level team, plan and execute project activities.
- Livelihood Specialist: PG/Graduate in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy, Fishery, Horticulture, Management, or related fields. Implement livelihood interventions and prepare village livelihood plans.
- Area Coordinator: Graduate. Execute specialist functions, coordinate field activities, focus on micro-planning, bank linkages, and social development.
- Accountant (DPCU/BPIU Level): Graduate in Commerce. Maintain accounts, records, and provide secretarial assistance.
- Office Assistant (DPCU/BPIU Level): Graduate. Knowledge of Hindi & English typing. Handle records, communication, and office support.
- Community Coordinator: Fresh Graduate (Male) / Intermediate (Female). Operate at village level, form SHGs, support community interventions, and supervise microplans.
- Block IT Executive: B.Tech (CS/IT) / BCA / B.Sc IT / PGDCA. Knowledge of Hindi & English typing. Handle digitization, MIS, and IT training at block level.
