IBPS has invited online applications for the Customer Service Associate (Clerk) XVI Examination 2026. The recruitment will be conducted through a Preliminary Examination followed by a Main Examination. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India.
- Candidates must have completed graduation on or before 21 August 2026.
- Computer Literacy is mandatory. Candidates should possess a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Operations or should have studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects in school or college.
- Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT they are applying for.
Age Limit (As on 01 August 2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 28 Years
- Candidates should have been born between 02 August 1998 and 01 August 2006 (both dates inclusive).

- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 Years
- PwBD – 10 Years
