To empower young individuals from minority communities, the Ministry of Minority Affairs in collaboration with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a 600-hour free technical training program. This initiative is designed specifically for 12th-pass minority youth who want to build a stable and skill-based career in the telecom sector.

The training will be conducted at the Regional Telecom Training Centre (RTTC BSNL), Jaipur, a professional training facility equipped with modern telecom infrastructure.

• Wireless Network Technician. This course covers mobile network systems, tower-related technical operations, signal management, and maintenance of wireless infrastructure. Both programs are industry-oriented and structured to prepare candidates for real-world telecom jobs.
