MPPGCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025

A total of 197 vacancies are available across Graduate, Diploma (Technician), and ITI categories. Eligible candidates who have completed their qualifying exams in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 can apply online through the NATS or NAPS portals before 31 December 2025.

For ITI Candidates

• Register on the NAPS Portal.
• Login → Go to Apprenticeship Opportunities.

• Apply for the relevant trade at the Sarni location.

For Graduate / Diploma Candidates

• Register on NATS 2.0 Portal.
• Complete profile enrollment.
• Login → Search for “M.P. POWER GENERATING COMPANY LIMITED”.
• Apply for the apprenticeship opportunity.

Selection Process

• Merit-Based: Selection strictly based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam (Degree/Diploma/ITI).
• Tie-Breaker: Older candidate given preference if marks are equal.
• Document Verification: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for verification.
